Each time I search for a game it puts me in a lobby by myself which obviously prevents me from playing multiplayer in order to raise my rep.
I play Xbox One btw. Also don't tell me to contact support because I did and that got me nowhere. I also will not create another account. Try contacting the developers who made the game support to see if it's an issue they can sort out of your unable to play on there game online,.
Feel free to reply below and me or someone else will reply to happily assist you my friend B-. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help.
Thanks for your feedback. If your gamertag is reported as offensive, the Enforcmeent team XBLPET will review the report; if your gamertag is offensive, you will be forced to have a new gamertag. Otherwise, you keep your current one.
The best way to identify yourself to other players is to share your gamertag along with your suffix. We appreciate your patience and ask for your feedback if you have suggestions for improvements. If you feel like a message is offensive or a scam, report the user to Xbox so we can investigate further. Can somebody else be just like me? You were first in line! Why do gamertags only support 12 characters? We require at least 3 characters to auto-assign you a suffix and make sure that everybody has an equal chance to have a name they can be proud of.
Many older games allowed 16 characters for displaying gamertags. We reserve three of those characters for the suffix and one for the symbol, leaving 12 characters for gamertags. I have more than 12 characters in my gamertag! Do I need to change it? If you like your gamertag the way it is, you keep it. Can I still get a new gamertag without a suffix?
Will you continue to enforce policies for rude or offensive gamertags? What languages are supported with the new gamertags? These alphabets represent over languages worldwide. Do you support numbers in the new alphabets? If your gamertag uses non-Latin-based characters, your previous gamertag will continue to appear for older, classic experiences, such as some games and Xbox websites, while your new gamertag will appear on modern experiences, such as your Xbox console and the Xbox apps for PC and mobile.
Their irregular behavior may not be liked by another user and so they might be reported by the other users. In the report, the reporting user can accuse the user of certain activities that are against the community guidelines of the network. The enforcement team will look into the matter and finally after tracing the faults of the reported user, they will decide on whether a ban or suspension is necessary. No, it is impossible to know who the user was who reported another user.
The network has not allowed users to gather such information as it can become a reason for a fight in the real world quite quickly. All reports are made anonymously and if you report someone they will not know that it is you.
If they recently had a fight with you then they might be able to guess but they would not KNOW for sure. Reporting other users is very much confidential and only enforcement team members can access such information.
A user can report any other user just because they are highly offended with that user and not able to tolerate the offenses any longer. Instead of getting into a personal and petty argument, the user may report the user with whom they have issues.
The problem will be resolved soon if it is genuine and not biased. There are some pretty serious reasons for which a user can be reported by any other user and then there will be some reports that are not bad enough to warrant a suspension or ban. The enforcement team takes the reports very seriously and makes sure that anyone who is making the Xbox Live platform dangerous or harmful for others is removed.
If someone is harassing any other user while playing a game then the user will likely report the account from where they are being harassed and that account will be suspended for a time.
If someone makes a threat of violence or urges a person to do violence to themselves then that is also an offense that will result in a suspension or ban. If you are abiding by all the community guidelines of the network, then you are not going to be banned, even if somebody is reporting your account. The enforcement team will look at your account and if you did not do the things that you were reported for then nothing will happen to you.
You need to maintain the decorum of the Xbox Live platform where there are many users from around the world. If your behavior, code of conduct and other things are fine, then you will remain safe and nothing will happen to your Xbox Live account. Just because you play games online with your Xbox, it does not mean that you will get banned. The issue becomes when you break the rules that you take a risk of getting banned. If you have been reported for breaking the rules, by one of your friends you may be wondering how long it takes to get banned?
If you are playing on borrowed time and you know you are going to get banned you want to play as much as possible. If you broke the rules and someone turned you in, you will usually be banned in hours. Even if you are sorry for what you did, Xbox will not normally reverse the ban no matter how much you beg.
Obviously no one wants to ever be banned for breaking the rules when playing a game online. Their gamertag is not showing up when I type it in search.
